Remote System Monitoring (RSMsm)
This scheduled proactive, consistent, and persistent RSMsm plan allows PARSEC Group to monitor your system(s) from our office in Denver. Performance, security, and day-to-day operations can be easily monitored using VPN or secure remote access. RSM is ideal for companies that might have limited staff, insufficient expertise, project priorities or budget concerns. It consists of two components: System Audit and Assessment, and Remote System Monitoring.
System Audit and Assessment
Finding problems before they become a visible drain on system performance saves you time, money and headaches down the road. An in-depth audit and assessment assures you that you have your operation covered. It also uncovers anything that may need immediate attention and prepares us for the best possible monitoring of your OS.
Remote System Monitoring Tasks
Our RSM is customized for your unique environment and needs. Weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews are then scheduled for your customized monitoring to be performed.
