Course Description
This course covers the information needed to provide a consistent, predictable and acceptable level of service provided by both operating system and network services.
Because network managers are often evaluated by the availability and performance of network services, they need to know how to detect and correct network problems before users start calling to report problems or poor performance.

Network managers who are experienced in configuring and managing a TCP/IP network and are interested in learning how to troubleshoot network and network service problems.
